maid cafe` rough bill: [please help me add the rest of it or disapprove what I've already got! explanations of why we need these are included in my post in the maid cafe` forum]

Plastic Table cloth: It's not necessary but it will make the place look so much more elegant and detailed <3 it really will. let me know if we already have something like this.

Alice table - http://www.codwholesale.com/Checks_c_173.html
everything else -http://www.factorydirectparty.com/tableware/table-covers/round-table-covers.html

Food/Menu items

apples (I'm thinking from Blanton hahaha )
white x2, chocolate x1, and or strawberry x1 cake mix

little bottles to put "drink me" in.

http://www.midwestbottles.com/index.php?p=product&id=557&parent=3 1.25 oz
http://www.midwestbottles.com/index.php?p=product&id=851&parent=3 2 oz
http://www.midwestbottles.com/index.php?p=product&id=521&parent=3 2 oz ) with "drink me" tied to the bottle neck. I'm thinking no cap unless someone has tiny corks.

"drink me" consists of multiple clear liquids, maybe 1 can each of sprite, ginger ail, and melon soda?

MAYBE melting chocolate (should be about $2-3) + 1 pillsbury croissant roll -choco cornet

Rice/Meat + Veg

Polaroid? if we/someone has a polaroid camera or a tiny printer we could offer "picture with a maid." customer can choose their waitress or any maid (or butler) comfortable with it and get a picture with them. maybe charge a dollar : D

also, does anyone know somewhere on campus we can get free lamination? I'd love to get our menus laminated. It's a delicious detail that the customers are sure to notice and even if they don't they'll subconsciously appreciate it.

A more clean cut version of the maid cafe` bill estimate W/O rice/meat/veg. the most expensive items are the table cloth (because we need to buy 5 or more)

Light blue round plastic table cover $1.29 x (how many tables)
and or Light blue round plastic table cover $1.29 x (how many tables)

Cake mix: $2.39 (at Walgreens) x2 or 3
White Frosting: $1.80 x 1

Round Bottles, 2 oz: 0.29 x 10 = ($2.90)
Sprite/Ginger-ale/Melon Soda ~$+4.00 total

Pillsbury Croissant roll $1.95? x1
Cream 1 quart/pint $2-3?
Coco powder $1-2

Estimated Total: $29.31 -using the maximum supply number and worst pricing scenario

I'm really sorry I didn't think of this till now!!

We'll need at least 3 cleaning rags for cafe tables. You can get them at the dollar store for...dollar?

thanks for getting some of those prices.

how many cans of philsbury dough should we get? i assume one wont be enough for everyone. we are assuming there will be 200 attendees.

soda and water are being bought from either bjs or costco, in can or bottle form.

the bottles you have listed, sound cute for the maid cafe, but 2 oz of a drink is hardly anything.

kathy, i have prices from bjs. ill post them up later tonight, i think i left them in my car.

what i basically found:

water, 32pk - 4.29
ice, 7lbs - .99
bowls, 386ct. - 9.99
um my memory fails after that... gomen...

ok i have the book price, its 26.75 including shipping and tax. its from borders.

this is for my okonomiyaki cooking class.

add $25 for the fresh groceries (to include but not limited, cabbage, eggs, mushrooms, cheese, toppings)

you can add these to the bill.

info from bjs, we're watching on abdul to cross check the prices

sternos (sterno) - 24 ct. $17.99
full size steam pans (berkley and jensen) - 15 ct. $9.39
full size wire stand - each @ $3.09

table covers (art style) 50x108" - 2pk $6.99
- 8pk $8.99

paper plates (art style) 7" octogon white w/patterns - 75ct. $6.99
circular white, others patterns etc.
9" paper plates (executive choice) -660ct. $8.99
bowls (solo) - 12 oz. foam bowls - 384 ct. $9.99
assorted cutlery (berkley and jensen) - 360ct (180 forks, 120 spoons, 60 knives) 9.49

ice - 7lbs @ $.99
milk (landolakes, red)- 1 gallon $2.49
water bottles (poland spring) - 32ct. $4.29
soda cans (coke)- 32ct. $9.34
(pepsi)-36ct. $9.49
soda glass bottles (coke) 24ct $13.99

most of this is for the maids cafe. deffs are the ice, water, milk, and soda. im not sure about the glass bottles, wed have to price them at $2 each to make any sort of profit.

(this is assuming bjs is cheaper than costco acutally...abdul hurry up!)

(we'll need two packages of water, one of each soda, 2 galls of milk, and most likely 5 bags of ice)

One can of pillsbury makes about 16 rolls, however, with a rolling pin and a good knife we're going to roll ours out much bigger/thinner so we'll probably get closer to 23 or more. I don't know how many people will want to eat cornets, but 2 sounds right and 3 might be a little much.

stamps are necesary so that we can make sure that there is 200 people, and only 200 people there.

we were brainstorming a "badge" idea.... index card badges, stamped and art around the frame...

me and suz are going to hmart and try to get a pricing on any loose ends.
