Artist Alley list:

1. Get full artist list
2. Who will have computers? How many power strips/outlets do we need?
3. Agree on closing/opening times (its better/easier if the opening/closing times are the same as the maid cafe)
4. Discuss official location: Formal Dining Room? Left hand side.
5. Advertise the artists and their work. Separate flyer
6. Banner to hang up
7. Directional pointing signs posted on SC walls “Alley -> “

OH. That explains things. :X

In that case, sign me up!
And as for necessities, I'm pretty sure most people should only need a chair and a table. And maybe one of those PVC stand thingies we made for the Fall Festival, except hopefully more stable. :'D

and opening/closing time, i am not sure. :X

Yeah, either way, setting that up would be WAY TOO TEDIOUS, especially seeing how long it took us to set up the first one in Fall Festival. :'D

Another idea would be some kind of poster board to hang off the edge(s) of the table with anything they're selling, but it would make more sense for the artist to bring that themselves.

setting up the PVC is not in anyway way too tedious.
its because if you dont know how to put together the pvc pipes, then of course its gonna be annoying to put up.
and especially if we dont have the clamps to clamp down the pvc pipes will the pipes become useless since they wont be able to stand withing wobbling down. (or stand at all~)

in addition, posting a poster on the table is useless because people do stand in front of the table....
so maybe pasting it against the wall?

it would be better if each artist just made their own poster, if they wanted to make a poster.
beside that, we can all just do a collab by making on sign that says Artist Alley or something.

nothing a lot of duct tape cant fix... although it doesnt look quite as nice... >_> i like the idea of having a poster but having it against their back, lets say against the right wall. i like the idea of having a wall against my back, no one is sneaking off behind me.

lol, you can update my name to Manny next time you see this, ADMIN ACCOUNT. also woah how did you misspell my username so badly, the first part is actually a word. :'D

Also, I was thinking. What if we merge Artist Alley and Dealer's Room; that way if someone wants to ART and SELL they can do it at one table.
